Leases and rent roll

Record each tenancy's lease dates and rent, and BrickTrack tracks what's owed and what's been paid across your rent roll as a whole.

Leases holds the tenancy side of each property: who's renting it, the lease term, and the agreed rent. Add a lease when a tenancy starts and BrickTrack can match incoming rent payments against what's expected, rather than you checking manually against a spreadsheet.

Multiple properties, one view

If you're managing more than a couple of tenancies, the rent roll view rolls every active lease up into one place — useful for a quick check of who's paid and who hasn't, without opening each property individually.

When a lease ends

Update the lease record when a tenancy ends rather than deleting it. The history stays useful for vacancy tracking and for showing a consistent rental history if you're refinancing or selling.

Rental law varies by state

Notice periods, entry rules and rent-increase limits are set by state and territory legislation, not by BrickTrack. See rental laws by state for what applies where your property is.
