What is BrickTrack?

BrickTrack connects to your banks, sorts every transaction into the right ATO category and property, and turns it into a report your accountant can use at tax time.

BrickTrack is a web app for Australian residential property investors. It connects to your banks through a secure, read-only connection via Australia's Consumer Data Right (open banking), automatically labels each transaction with the right ATO expense category and property, and generates the reports your accountant needs.

How it works in three stages

  1. Connect your banks — a read-only open-banking connection pulls transactions automatically.
  2. AI sorts everything — each transaction gets an ATO category and a property.
  3. Hand your accountant a clean report — Schedule E, per-property P&L, and the Accountant Pack.
